Q#2: How do I contact Customer Services?

Once you’ve placed an order with us you’ll receive an order confirmation via email to the address provided. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam / junk folder and double check you entered your email address correctly. If you still found no mail then contact us.

Yes, on all major large packages NL allows deposits to be made. Your remaining balances will be tracked through email and sent via invoice.

Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once you purchase a Ebook you'll be able to instantly download it. If you pay with deposit for a package you can track your process through email that will be sent over to you so you can track your order.
